Independence

RarestPlaces decides what to cover and what to say about it. Operators do not see pages before publication and cannot pay for placement. Verdicts say who a ship or operator suits and who it does not.

Corrections

When we get a fact wrong, we fix it, update the page's checked date, and add a note at the end of the page saying what changed and when. Send corrections with the form at the bottom of any page; tell us where you saw the right answer, and we will check it against the source.

Updates

Pages are rechecked at least every 90 days, and sooner when an operator announces a new season, ship or price. The date at the top of each page is when its facts were last checked, not when the page was last saved.

Links

Links to operators open their own sites so you can see current dates and prices. They carry a tag that tells the operator the visit came from RarestPlaces. We do not currently earn anything from them; if that changes, pages carrying paid links will say so.
